Eugene Wilson is Founder and Executive Chairman of Equipping Leaders. The author of three books, Realign, Seventy: Everyone Needs a Team, and Leading Growth, Eugene focuses on helping leaders and organizations experience growth through alignment with universal principles. He is also an adjunct professor and contributing columnist. He earned a Doctor of Strategic Leadership at Regent University’s School of Business and Global Leadership and a Master of Arts in Human Relations from Liberty University. 

Matthew Mullins is Partner and CEO of Equipping Leaders, dedicated to growing leaders at all levels. Matthew has spent 15+ years guiding business’ and leaders, leading and consulting in talent, culture and business strategy. Alongside, he works as a global senior leader of Human Resources for an international Fortune 500 technology company that generates billions in revenue, leading efforts in people and business strategy, talent lifecycle and management, as well, business partnership and growth. He has worked with global entities as an HR consultant, designing learning engagements, leading change management initiatives, and developing next-level leadership. Matthew is currently a PhD candidate in Leadership Studies and Organizational Development, with research focused on leadership succession and Authentic Leadership (AL). He serves on the board of a U.S. based financial institution, and on the Board of Directors of Equipping Leaders.

Justin Craun serves as a Consultant at Equipping Leaders, where he specializes in the development of leadership resources and processes for teams and organizations of all types. Justin is an Operations Staff Executive for a Fortune 500 company. Having obtained a Ph.D. in Business Administration, with emphasis on leadership development, Justin is well-equipped in helping organizations with the implementation of systems, structures, and strategies for the development of leaders.
