Discovering and Aligning with Purpose

Service Description

I (Eugene) love the subject of aligning with one’s God-given purpose and aligning a group or organization with purpose, especially within the church context. Hence, I have written books about it, coached and consulted people and organizations, and conducted multiple seminars and workshops on this subject, both in-person and online. I believe everyone has a purpose! The core of one’s purpose is to be a disciple-maker. How one accomplishes that is what I am referring to when I speak of one’s distinct God-given purpose. Ministry is often the word used when talking about a personal person. We often use the word purpose when referring to a collective group. Unfortunately, many people struggle to lay hold of clarity concerning what they are to do. And teams and organizations often struggle to align with purpose. In Discover and Align with Purpose, I share insights that have proven beneficial to helping people and churches narrow their focus.
